Most of the Weapons in game can be customized by equipping a different Weapon Skin. The majority of weapon skins have a chance to drop after completing matches, while the others may be obtainable through different means, such as completing milestones or via the Super Animal Pass. Skins do not affect weapon stats in any way, and are purely cosmetic.

- According to Fainder, the "Elite Silenced Pistol" is partially inspired by the "USP-S Torque" skin from Counter Strike: Global Offensive[1]
- "SAW M16" and "Rebellion AK" were added during the release of S.A.W. vs Rebellion game mode.
- The "Selfie Stick" was featured in the promotional artwork for The Trials of Skullcat update, but wasn't obtainable in-game until after the Super Major Update.
- The "Vaporwave M16" is the first gun skin to have its own unique firing sound exclusive to it.
- The "Sakura Sniper", "Wrapped Magnum", "Blue Knitted Shotgun" and the "Dragon JAG-7" are the only gun skin that has own unique muzzle burst when firing them.
