Level-Up Random Drop refers to customization items that can be randomly obtained upon leveling up.
If a player levels up at the end of a match, they have a chance of earning one of 70 possible level up items. If the player receives an item they already have, it will be scrapped for 
Carl's Coins instead that they can use to purchase other Customizations at Cackling Carl's Cart.
